You asked for them--here they are! By popular demand, we are proud to stock these extra-large holed pearl beads for your wire jewelry making. While smaller holed pearl beads are beautiful and delicate in jewelry, sometimes they just don’t fit on our wire without a lot of reaming. That’s why we carry wire pearls in both white and black, in a variety of shapes and sizes.

Not sure what wire you need to work with for these large hole pearls? Each large hole pearl has its hole diameter in its description. Check our Wire Charts for a gauge-to-mm conversion chart, so you know exactly what wire you can use with our large hole pearls. And if you need to touch up your large pearl beads with a bead reamer, check out Mary Bailey’s tutorial on bead reaming, Bead Reaming Made Easy!

In culture, pearls are the traditional birthstone of June, as well as the 30th wedding anniversary gemstone. Whether you’re making jewelry for brides, June births, or simply elegant jewelry for special customers, our large freshwater pearls will be perfect in your wire wrapping. And we have pearl cabochons (http://www.wire-sculpture.com/pearl-cabochons-1.html), too!

Wire-Sculpture is committed to keeping thousands of beads for making jewelry in stock, so you always have a source for the beads you need. Use our beads for any beading project. Even if you primarily work in chainmaille, try a metallic or glass bead to accent your work - experiment!

We have a giant selection of gemstone beads to match the cabochon gems you work with. Jasper beads, quartz beads, and multi-stone assortments are always popular choices. Explore our gemstones for the stones perfect for your wire jewelry making!
